Experience with Horses
I have been working with horses since the age of 5, owning two growing up and I am knowledgeable in various yard duties such as mucking out, grooming, tacking up, picking out feet and more. I’ve also done horse riding lessons growing up and I am a confident basic rider.
I’ve dealt with looking after horses that require particular feeding regimes due to illnesses such as Laminitis.
Key Skills
Gosh, I’m extremely good at just getting things done, no complaining, plus, I enjoy yard work. I’m good at handling horses with different natures, basic riding/hacking out and working well with others or alone. I can turn out and groom also.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• I enjoy being around horses and carrying out daily routines, I find it peaceful and love how satisfying it is.
• Learning to plait and turn out for shows I would love to improve on.
