Experience with Horses
I have been working with horses for the last 25 years. the last 9 years I have worked running a private family, mainly hunting yard in Oxfordshire. I have lived on site and been responsible for all aspects of managing the yard, from ordering of hay and feed, finding and managing staff, daily care, exercise, turn out of the horses, sourcing appropriate horses, liaising with vets, farriers and dentists. Previous to this I ran a Hunter livery/event yard in Warwickshire. I have previous experience working with eventers, show jumpers, showing and some stud experience. I have my HGV licence and can tow a trailer.

Key Skills
I am happy riding big fit horses, I particularly enjoy schooling on the flat. I am able to clip, plait and turn out to a high standard. I am equally happy in sole charge or as a member of team. I can drive a lorry or trailer.
Strengths and Weaknesses
I particularly enjoy Turning out horses for hunting/competition, I enjoy dressage and flat work schooling I have previously competed up to Medium however have not competed for some time.
I am a dedicated hard working loyal member of staff, who is committed to the care of the horses.
