Strengths and Weaknesses
•The interaction with horses and clients/owners…
- gaining horses trust and building a relationship both on the ground and under saddle, watching them improve as they gain confidence, keeping them happy and healthy and the joy all that gives you in return.
- building relationships with owners/clients/families, getting to know individual needs and becoming/providing that link/constant support needed to make everything run smoothly
• Groundwork and starting young horses from the very beginning – I have ridden many young horses and started their handling but more by intuition rather than education
- I have a wealth of experience and am very comfortable in a sole charge position
- I am DBS checked as I have worked with children throughout my career
- I am fully first aid defibrillator trained and certified
- I have my HGV2 licence
Requirements
• I would like to find a role where I really make a positive difference to the horses I look after and people I work for. I love to ride and run a yard to high standards and really appreciate a friendly family environment
• I would like accommodation for myself and my son but all options would be considered
• I do not have any animals but I do have a 7 year old son
• I currently work at a nursery a couple of mornings a week
I do not have any holidays booked currently
