Myself and a friend are looking for a grooms job preferably together, here is some information about us both.
So we have worked together for the past 7 nearly 8 years, weād ideally like to work together because we know how eachother work and figure out the most efficient systems when working as a team. We have worked on a busy livery yard for all of that time but both left when the owner moved yards because her new base just wasnāt the yard for either of us and we just didnāt feel like there was enough work for us there, we would also like to dip our toes into different water and experience something Ā other than just working on a livery yard. Over the years we have handled horses/ ponies ranging from, team chasers (Thoroughbreds) to retired ponies and had our first foaling experience 2 years ago as well as picking up a large amount of first aid skills along the way. Neither of us can plait confidently but we are currently learning to and are willing to learn knew skills like plaiting etc.
We both have a dog each and a horse each and would need live in.
