Motivated and passionate postgraduate, with a strong interest in equine welfare and learning theory. I have gained various practical experiences, where I developed hands-on skills and deepened my understanding of evidence-based, welfare-focused approaches to horse management and training. In addition, I have developed advanced interpersonal and communication skills through professional roles requiring adaptability, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity. I am now seeking a role within a supportive, forward-thinking team where I can contribute to improving equine welfare and make a positive impact.
I was offered a position at a Vets (pls see my CV), just after I finished Uni and am still employed there, however I am actively looking for an equine role. I would love to gain more practical experience now. I am very open-minded and would be happy to work as a groom or stable hand at a livery yard, riding school, competition yard, rehabilitation centre or rescue organisation for example but would also be interested in an admin/office role.
I have a degree in BSc (Hons) Equine Behaviour and Welfare and MSc Equitation Science
