Looking for a position as an “all-rounder ” where I can utilise my many skills.
During my time at Stoke Park, I managed the estate, caring for one veteran horse and two rescue ponies for up to three months at a time. Responsibilities included monitoring the ponies’ health closely, addressing issues such as laminitis and cushings, and coordinating with veterinarians when necessary. I possess skills in equine first aid, lameness detection, and colic recognition. Additionally, I oversaw farrier, worming, and vaccination programs, managed diets, ordered supplies, and supervised pasture and grounds maintenance. My experience with horses, ranging from Welsh yearlings to thoroughbreds and ex-polo ponies, has equipped me with diverse knowledge and hands-on expertise.
