Experience with Horses
I have completed a level 2 apprenticeship on a livery yard. Been working on said yard for about 18 months. Can confidently hack out and school apprenticeship level horses, would progress quickly if riding more often.
Key Skills
I am good at working alone and within groups, and can easily adapt to both. I am easy to work with and quite a friendly person. I can also take initiative.
Able to handle all types from the ground, can deal with wounds, tub, poultice, bandage and care for tack and yard equipment.
I would like to improve my overall knowledge and riding. There is still so much I want to learn.
I am eager and quick to learn, as well as being good at working in a variety of environments. I can easily adapt and fit in with any group and am confident working around horses. I am also very passionate, and have a life long love for equines.
