Experience with Horses
From a young age I have been helping on yard starting at 13 at the local hunt yard then moving on to a dressage yard getting training and test experience as well as helping with day to day yard work. I then went to collage until 2016, after leaving college I worked or Bill Levett as yard manager/ second rider which involved a verity of different tasks such as helping rehab any injuries organising staff and helping bring on the young horses. I then set up at home buying young horses, breaking them to bring on and sell as well as having liveries, as well as freelance clipping on several big race yards such at Jonjo O’neill and kim bailey. I have dealt with a range of horses from fit competition to the family pet all needing their own routine. Along side this I have managed to breed two healthy foals out of my own mare.
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I love working in a good team environment, however I like being left with responsibility and thrive under pressure, I have high standards of turn out from clipping to plaiting and show turn out. I have also had a lot of experience in handling young horses.

I love taking care of horses no day is ever the same, as much as they are testing they are also so rewarding to watch then grow in to their own protentional is always one of the best journeys you can take with a horse and rider

You never stop learning with horses so I’m always looking to expand my knowledge

I’m reliable and punctual and have experience but I’m also open minded to learn
