I’ve had years of experience with different horses. Showing, jumping, hunting and riding out on a race yard. I went to an equine collage for 3 years where i got my BHS level 1,2 and 3 in horse care and management, also got to ride a verity of different horses and ponies. Had the opportunity to go racing and turn out horses. I enjoy a days hunting or having fun around a cross country hire ect. I’ve handled mares and foals and showing stallions  ( section A and d’s) . In my future job i’d love to able to continue riding different horses and also the yard side of the job, mucking out and maintaining the yard clean and tidy.

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc

In the past i’ve worked both alone and with a yard full of people and i get along with anyone! I enjoy turning horses out for shows i can plate mains but not the best at tails but will give it my best shot! I’ve clipped all the racers this season so i’ve had plenty of practice! I’ve hunting young horses and taking them down the beach! As well as hunting and doing unaffiliated showjumping with ex racers and cobs. Leading around fit race horses around parade ring, turning in and out from walker and field. I enjoy mucking out and general yard work.

I’ve always loved working with horses, happiest when i’m around them and getting the opportunity to be around them all the time

 

• Is there anything you’d like to improve?

Definitely my riding, on the flat. And my knowledge of different disciplines and how they work.

I’m a fun, confident, kind and hard working person to work with. I’ve i’m asked to do something it’ll be done that minute to my best standard!

2 very well behaved dogs, who are amazing on the yard
