I’ve been around horses since i was 4 years old, I’ve ridden a variety of types from school masters to younger greener horses who need extra support. I have also assisted in breaking in youngsters and all of the groundwork that leads up to being under saddle!
Im currently a groom at a busy livery yard and in 2024 I attended the National Horseracing College and gained my diploma with a Merit
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I can work independently or with a team and I am confident around all types of horses. I haven’t done much clipping or plaiting but i’m a shipper quick learner!
Strengths and Weaknesses

I like that no day is the same and it’s a very rewarding job to see the progress in the horses you work with and your team members
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would love to improve my own riding skills, and my turnout skills e.g plaiting

I am a very reliable and hardworking individual who is never afraid of a challenge! I put my all into every task and always looking for ways to improve!

I would like to learn how to clip and if possible gain my BHS certifications

I currently am working as a groom, however sadly due to the yard closing I have been made redundant so I’ll be available to start from the 1st of June but no earlier

I have a holiday booked for the 24th of june until the 6th of july but nothing else booked
