Future Requirements

• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?

I would like to add more experience to my back ground, for example, I would like to have a leadership role, predominantly a riding position, as I feel I have a lot to give and also I can develop even more my skills.

• Do you need accommodation?

Ideally yes, at least for the first period and then I would like to live out, but locally.

• Do you have any special requirements for any animals you wish to bring with you?

Yes, I would like to bring my dogs. They are older jack russell terrier, very polite and house trained.

• Do you have any ongoing commitments?

Yes, at the moment I am working for a riding school in London.

• Do you have any holidays booked that an employer needs to know of?

Yes, I booked a period of at the end of may 29th to 4th of June.

And then, at the end of August 21st to 3th of September.

Experience with Horses

I have always been working with horses ever since I was little, and I have been so lucky to have had so many amazing experiences.

I have to thank my dad who passed on this great passion to me: he was a cavalry officer, and later a racehorse owner and my trainer.

Since I was a child, I have done mainly eventing and show jumping,  some   hunting and training in race yards, starting with ponies  and then, at the age of 10, I switched to horses.

I competed successfully at 1* eventing and I was training for my 2* level. I placed and won several regional classes in my region Veneto, Italy.

I placed 5th in the Italian Junior Championship in Montelibretti 2013.

Later, I worked with young horses, and in 2016 I participated to the 4 y.o. young horses Italian circuit with my thoroughbred that I produced with good results during the year and a 2nd placed at Ravenna.

Strengths and Weaknesses

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?

I enjoy training and producing young horses.

Also, I enjoy management and improvement of more establish horses.

Also in general, the management of horses, as care, fitness program, feeding.

 

• Is there anything you’d like to improve?

I would like to improve my expertise in the area of breeding/ foaling and reproduction.

And also, my skills as eventing and show jumping rider.

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?

I was born in the middle of horses, and for this I know how lucky I am. I decided to dedicate my life to horses.

I am eager to learn, and I have a strong back ground in eventing and race horses off the track thoroughbreds.

I started to compete when I was really young with pony and then with my own horses.

I am competitive and with a strong ethic, and for those reasons I am always driving to achieve more.
