Experience with Horses
I have practical experience working with horses in a rural environment. I am confident handling horses and I am used to daily stable tasks such as feeding, grooming, cleaning stalls and general care.
I can ride horses at a non-professional level, mainly in a countryside context, and I feel comfortable and safe riding in open environments. My experience is based more on hands-on work than formal equestrian training.
I also worked for a short period (around 3 months) giving basic riding lessons to children in Ushuaia. This experience helped me develop patience, responsibility and confidence when working with both horses and people.
I am reliable, calm and attentive around horses, and I enjoy building trust with them. I am used to physical work and working outdoors in different conditions.
I am very motivated to continue learning and improving my skills, especially in a more professional environment.

Strengths and Weaknesses

What I enjoy most is the connection with the horses and the trust you build over time. I really like working outdoors and being involved in their daily care. I find it very rewarding to see their progress and to be part of their routine.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to improve my riding skills in a more professional environment, especially learning more structured training methods. I am also interested in improving my language skills, both English and German. I am very motivated to learn and open to guidance and feedback.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am a very dedicated and reliable person, and I truly enjoy working with horses. I am not afraid of hard work and I adapt easily to new environments. Even though my experience is more practical than formal, I am very motivated to learn, improve and contribute positively to the team.
