Experience with Horses
I have extensive practical experience working with horses in stud farm, veterinary, and general equine management environments. My experience includes handling stallions, mares, foals, weanlings, and yearlings, as well as assisting with breeding operations, foaling, daily horse care, feeding programs, grooming, exercising, and stable management.
I have worked closely with veterinary teams, assisting with treatments, reproductive procedures, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring the health and wellbeing of horses. I am confident working in fast-paced environments and understand the importance of horse welfare, attention to detail, and maintaining high standards of care and presentation.
In addition to horse handling, I have experience with farm and facility management duties including staff supervision, stock control, record keeping, scheduling, client communication, and general administration. I am adaptable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
