I have owned horses my entire life, around 20 years, and have experience working for high end clients on private yards, with trust placed in me as I took their children out for lessons solo. I have also worked with some very high value horses, which not only required trust in me but also the upmost professionalism in the way they were turned out and presented, even with some quirky personalities. I have ridden many types of horses and have a good amount of confidence on anything I have ridden.
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I am good at working in either a team or alone, I do not mind either. I have experience handing hot headed horses, as well as youngsters. On the non equestrian side, I have a degree from the University of Sheffield, and my written and spoken communication is very strong because of this. I am also very competent at driving a 3.5 tonne box.
