Experience with Horses
my experience with horses started with braking and training P2P horses. I then moved onto running my own stud with one stallion since then I’ve had up to three members of staff working for me and up to four stallions, as well as many as twenty mares of my own and with the young stock coming through.
I also enjoy hunting team chasing and hunter trails.

Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
my biggest thrill is watching the progression of a horse whether that is a horse that’s just been backed and seeing it through to a talented competition horse, or covering a mare then foaling it right through to the foal is weaned and halter broken. Basically I love the long game.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I’m always keen to improve all aspects in the equine world and beyond that, typically I love learning from different people and the how they deal with tricky horses, or how they’d approach a problem and learn adapt there method to my own approach.
