No.
Experience with Horses
Having grown up on a yard and stud producing competition horses, I have developed a strong foundation in horse care, management, and riding from an early age.
I am confident handling a wide range of horses, including highly strung young horses and stallions, and I am accustomed to working in a professional, fast-paced yard environment. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, attention to detail, and maintaining the highest standards of horse welfare.
I am an experienced dressage rider and have competed at British Dressage affiliated competitions. I am currently training and riding at Medium level at home and continue to develop my skills. Alongside dressage, I am also capable of jumping, making me a versatile rider who can adapt to different horses and training requirements. I am passionate about producing horses correctly and enjoy building partnerships that help horses reach their full potential.

Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
Horses have always been a huge part of my life and identity. Having grown up around them, I’ve developed a strong connection with horses and a genuine passion for riding. What I enjoy most is building a partnership with each individual horse and earning their trust over time. I find it incredibly rewarding to understand how a horse thinks, moves, and responds, and to work together towards a common goal. Riding is one of the few activities where I am completely focused on the horse and the present moment. It allows me to switch off from everything else and is something I find both fulfilling and therapeutic. The connection between horse and rider is what makes working with horses so special to me.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I am always looking to improve as a rider and horsewoman. In particular, I would like to gain more experience riding and producing horses for showjumping, working with a wider variety of advanced horses, and learning from experienced professionals. I am keen to continue developing my technical riding skills and competition experience as I work towards my long-term goals within the sport.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I bring a combination of lifelong equestrian experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for horses. Having grown up in a competition yard environment, I understand the commitment, attention to detail, and professionalism required to care for and produce horses to a high standard. I am confident with challenging horses, adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to continually improve both my riding and horsemanship. I am committed to contributing positively to any team and taking every opportunity to develop my skills.
