• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?  As a Master Saddler and Master Saddle fitter, I have the bench knowledge of how to work on and adjust/rebuild saddles and the biomechanical expertise to know when it is appropriate to do so.

As an active horse person, having been involved with horses all my life, since childhood. From handling young stock, showing, riding, competing to my interactions as a Master Saddler and Master Saddle Fitter

I have a comprehensive knowledge of equine anatomy and biomechanics which I use on a day to day basis.

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?

Achieving a good saddle fit allows the horse and ride to better communicate while elevating welfare

In addition a well repaired/reflocked saddle will have a similarly positive outcome on welfare.

 

• Is there anything you’d like to improve? Through my governing body The Society of Master Saddlers, I am continually upskilling through Continuos Professional Development
