Future Requirements

I’m looking for practical, hands-on work where I can spend most of my time outdoors, work with animals and learn more about farm and stable operations. I’m particularly interested in animal care, feeding, yard work, fencing, maintenance and general all-rounder roles.

I do need accommodation, ideally provided on site or close to the workplace.

I will not be bringing any animals with me.

I have no ongoing commitments that would interfere with the job and I’m flexible regarding working hours, weekends and seasonal contracts.

I currently have no holidays booked that an employer needs to accommodate.

Experience with Horses

My experience is stronger in general practical, outdoor and customer-facing work than specifically with horses. I’m looking to move into farm and stable work and I’m very interested in learning proper horse handling, feeding, stable routines and animal care.

I’ve previously worked in hostel environments, including operational work and guiding guests on outdoor activities. I’m comfortable with physical work, early starts, changing weather, working independently and helping wherever needed.

I have a valid driving licence, German/EU work rights and I’m happy to learn from experienced staff and take on general yard, maintenance and animal-care duties.

Key Skills

I’m particularly good at working independently, adapting quickly and solving practical problems without needing constant supervision. I also work well in a team and I’m used to dealing with people from different countries and backgrounds.

I’m physically active, comfortable working outdoors, organised, reliable and happy doing repetitive or dirty work when that’s what needs to be done. I’m also confident driving, learning new equipment and taking responsibility for day-to-day tasks.

Strengths and Weaknesses

What interests me most about working with horses and animals is the practical responsibility involved. I like work where there is a clear routine, something real needs to be taken care of, and you can see the result of what you’ve done.

The main area I want to improve is my direct professional horse-handling experience. I’m specifically looking for a role where I can learn good stable practices from experienced people and become more capable over time.

Employers should consider me because I’m reliable, adaptable and genuinely willing to work. I’m not looking for an office job disguised as something outdoors. I’m happy with early mornings, physical work, cleaning, feeding, maintenance and whatever else keeps the place running. I also have full EU work rights, a driving licence and a lot of flexibility about where I relocate.
