Hello my names Angel , im 23 and I am interested in a live in position, I have my level 2 and 3 in equine care and yard management. I’ve been working on yards for nearly 9 years. In the last couple of years I have gained experience training apprentices and younger or more inexperienced members of staff and learning to manage a team/ the ins and outs of the yard. I can plait clip and turn out to high standards. Can also ride to a good standard aswell as lunge , long rein etc. I have been working full time with horses since obtaining all 10 GCSE’s at pass grades or above and leaving school. However I have also been around horses since I could blink. I have a very slow and patient approach to all situations.
I am very personable and have great people and communication skills. I have experience In the three major disciplines from working on large livery yards and smaller more specialist yards. I had a brief introduction to the showing world which I thoroughly enjoyed in which I was sole charge of 4 showing cobs and and eventer. I do have a dog who is crate trained and friendly. I do not expect him to be allowed out on the yard he’s very happy snoozing in his crate 🙂
