I have many years of professional experience within the equestrian industry, having worked across professional showjumping, livery, eventing, hunting, Pony Club and dealer yards. My experience covers young horse production, backing and breaking, flatwork, schooling, jumping, competition grooming and riding, horse sales preparation and day-to-day yard management.
I have worked with a wide variety of horses, from young and inexperienced horses through to established competition horses, and have experience at both national and international showjumping competitions. I am equally comfortable working as part of a team or taking sole responsibility for a yard and its horses.
I am now looking for a full-time riding and equine position where I can continue to develop my riding and young horse production skills while contributing to a hardworking and professional team. I am particularly interested in a role involving riding, producing and developing horses, with opportunities for competition experience and progression.
I am hardworking, reliable and practical, and I am more than happy to get stuck into all aspects of yard life. I understand that a successful yard requires commitment to both the horses and the less glamorous jobs, and I am happy to muck in wherever needed. I would also be comfortable in a sole-charge position where responsibility, organisation and initiative are required.
I am open to working within a variety of professional equestrian environments and would welcome the opportunity to become part of a good team, learn from experienced professionals and contribute my own experience and enthusiasm.
