I’ve helped with a lady groom, turn out , muck out fields and stables, feed (basic care) with her 3 horses. I did this very easily and much without help and can say I’m confident with these specific things.

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc .
I can work alone or with people both in good at. I can confidently turn horses out and muck out, groom. I’ve worked with horses as young as 4 and a little bit with a 2 year old perfectly fine. I understand horses especially younger horses or green horses ect need a firmer and confident handler or they may try to overstep
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses? Just them. Horses have always been to me magical and free. They’re beautiful, powerful beings , with high intelligence. They bring me peace when I’m around them and comfort.. there’s so much you could say on why horses are so amazing. They’re not like any other animal on earth. They’re special.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? I’d like to gain more experience with horses although I’m already pretty confident with them.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I put my job first before anything else whilst caring 100% about the horses. I’ll never say no to anything hard , I’ll always give it my best shot and try find ways to get round an obstacle. I’m a reliable person, who works hard.
