Experience with Horses
I have ridden horses since 2 years old competed in showing, pony games, show jumping and cross country.
Having beaten cancer at 17 I went to work with race horses in Australia at Baramul Stud my duties were; prepping and preparing yearlings for sales and races like the magic millions, and the Melbourne cup as well as general care for the horses. The hours worked at sales were early 2am till when ever parading stopped. prepping horses involved paddock walking, parade practise, and putting horses on the horse walker. I learnt how to deal with horses that reared up and misbehaved, at times I would often assist the vet with surgery/operations and post mortems if necessary.
