Experience with Horses
I started riding when I was 4 . I was taught to ride bare back. I then rode friends ponies until I was 13. From 13 years old I started working for the Actress Jane Seymour on the weekends. I did all general yard duties and would exercise and compete her children’s ponies. I rode for the Avon Valley Prince Philip team and when I was 14 I was picked to ride for the south of england mounted games team but unfortunately had a horrid fall the week we were due to start competitions which resulted in having pins and plates in my ankle and I was unable to ride for 9 months .I was a little bit naughty though and did ride 🙂
I then worked for Jane Seymour full time for 10 years. Janes Seymour’s husband at the time had hunters and polo ponies , the kids had ponies and Jane Seymour a lovely school master
I also went over to New Zealand for 8 months working with race horses and breaking the two years olds
I have always had my own horses. At present I have a ex point to pointer who I am re training ( he’s such a little dude)

I can work alone or as part of a team. I am very good at organising,clipping , all yard duties, am not scared to ride most things.

I love all that comes with working with horses even the weather . I am a very patient person with high energy and drive
