i started working with horses with my friend who has 3 and was also having 2x weekly riding lessons and stable management sessions, during this time i also had a full loan pony at a DIY livery yard. I know own my own horse who i have done a lot of work with her due to a change in what she has known in her previous years, she is kept at a Full livery and sales/breaking yard where i am the main yard assistant, i am here until the end of november.
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
i work great alone and within a team, and thoroughly enjoy either. i have no experience clipping or plaiting but would love and be more than happy to learn. We have a youngster who i handle on a daily basis.

i love working with horses as no day is ever the same and i thoroughly enjoy anything it throws at me
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
id love to improve my riding skills as there’s never too much to learn, also my off the saddle skills such as clipping and plaiting and working with horses in specific disciplines.

I’m a very hard worker and always give my all in everything that i do. I love any opportunities offered to me and always happy to help with anything. i believe id make a great addition to any team i come to work with.

id love the opportunity to do more, and also work with horses in specific disciplines as i think it would open up lots of doors.

i would consider dependant upon location of the job

i have a horse which is on full livery, so not essential to bring her with me

i do dog walking in the day but can be flexible with this.

No, i don’t take much time off.
