Job Description
We are looking for a hard working and friendly member of staff to join our ever growing team!
We are seeking another groom/rider/working pupil to help with the day to day yard, as well as the possibility to travel to world class shows in both the Eventing and Showjumping circuits.
The right candidate would have; experience handling and working with fit competition horses, a can do attitude, ability to work as part of a hard working team, be able to turn horses out to a high standard and be a tidy and switched on person.
The job will include all yard work. Ability to ride well is important as there will be hacking and schooling available so must be confident riding and producing fit and green competition horses.
Newly refurbished accommodation on sight and own horse and pets welcome. Own horse is done in work hours and free tuition and lessons as well as being able to come to shows at no extra cost! This could suit someone looking to develop their riding and competition experience.
We’re are a fun, family- like yard and the position would suit a bubbly energetic person who wants to be part of an ever growing yard aiming for the top! Full payroll package with standard 28 day holiday and all the benefits. 5.5 day week. Based Bourton on the Water.
