• Conduct individual and group riding lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Prepare riders for the competitions.
• Assess riders’ skills and develop personalized training programs to improve their technique and confidence.
• Ensure the safety of riders and horses during lessons, including proper use of equipment and riding gear.
• Maintain the well-being of the horses, including grooming, feeding, and basic health care.
• Training horses
• Provide instruction on horse care, including tacking, untacking, and groundwork.
• Organize and lead workshops, clinics, and events to promote equestrian education and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate rider progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching area, including arenas and stables.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding lesson plans and progress.

• Proven experience as a riding instructor or in a similar role.
• Certification from a recognized equestrian organization
• Strong knowledge of riding techniques, horse care, and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with riders of all ages, including children and adults.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
• First aid certification is a plus.
