This role would suit someone with a horse that would like help and support in furthering their career in horses and to learn about producing and managing elite horses. There is a possibility for the right person to develop into a ‘home rider’ position involving schooling the horses at home. The ideal candidate would also have an interest in backing/breaking young stock.

4.5/5 days a week

Minimum wage by the hour

Use of 3.5t box and 2 x weekly lessons included as well as mentoring at events & shows and more

Use of a fantastic yard with great facilities

Opportunity to travel to shows/events/away training days

All general yard duties & hacking required

Ideally able to produce high levels of turnout, but this is not essential and happy to train if desired

Based in Radway, South Warwickshire.
