Fantastic opportunity for a motivated Show Groom to join a motivated team who have a great track record competing at home and abroad. A good Competition Groom/Travelling Groom is an indispensable part of a competing team, without whom most top riders would not be able to achieve what they achieve, in this is a role where you would be truly valued.
Excellent turnout skills, horse and rider management abilities and experience at shows is essential, ideally at Show Jumping but other disciplines considered.
An HGV is ideal but not essential. Show – Groom experience is the priority.
Whilst away, sometimes for 6 weeks at a time, you would have sole charge of a handful of quality Show Jumpers (no stallions) but at home, you would be part of a dedicated team with staff available for much of the mucking out
