Are you an experienced groom with a passion for dressage and horse care? We’re looking for a dedicated, team-oriented individual to join our friendly and professional yard in Gloucester.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team caring for high-level dressage horses. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of daily horse care including:

• Feeding, grooming, and mucking out
• Tack cleaning and preparation
• Clipping, plaiting, and turnout to a high standard
• Travelling to shows and events 
• Supporting the rider and team with training routines and stable management

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Experienced with performance horses (dressage experience a bonus)
