This is a great opportunity for anyone with solid Grooming/Riding experience to gain entry into the very addictive world of Polo, ‘the sport of kings’, whose origins can be traced back to the 5th Century!

With the best of facilities at your disposal, this will be a year-round position starting mid/end of January and is based at one of the UK’s leading polo clubs. Their Polo field has been described as “the best field in the UK – if not the world!” and with its gorgeous brick and flint stables and state-of-the-art equestrian facilities. This is a wonderful setting to work from.

This friendly and caring Patron has three lovely, high-quality Polo ponies and wants someone with a willingness to work alongside them in person and with their principles when they are not about, so that their ponies are professionally managed and happy with their lot.  Duties include, but are not confined to:

• exercising horses
• horse, stable and tack management
• first aid and regular pony checks
• assisting at polo matches/training sessions

Polo experience is helpful but not critical, as all your training can be provided. The ideal candidate will have the ponies ‘ well-being as their priority, enjoy being around horses and being busy.
