We are looking for a Dressage Groom to help run a busy private Dressage yard, working alongside a professional and very personable Dressage Rider and their friendly team.

The yard employs staff to care for the competition, family, and clients’ horses, all set in the beautiful estate.

If you are highly motivated, experienced and independent, with the ability to organise yourself and work within a team or someone who is ready for a step up in their career for a great opportunity, then this could be just the job for you!

A dressage background is not essential, but one must have an interest. An eye for detail is needed with sport horses. The yard trains and competes WB Hanoverian dressage horses and breeds with their own brood mares so ideally, you will be capable of handling stallions, foals and young stock.

Also, being able to hack horses would be a real plus, but certainly not essential. We are looking for someone who can keep horses at home to a high standard with an eye for detail.

Great facilities, i.e., 16 stables. Indoor and outdoor schools. 12 paddocks and 6 fields. Solarium and warm water. Private hacking.
