We are seeking an experienced, professional Livery Yard Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a high-end livery yard in a very popular location within a 1,750-acre private estate, just a short 30-minute train ride into London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable equestrian professional with the potential for further training and development. You have a real opportunity to make a difference and grow in this role, where you will play a key role in developing and growing the livery business.

Reporting to the Deputy Estate Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of horse care, client service and yard management while driving the continued development of the equestrian business. You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, a hands-on approach, the ability to motivate and oversee staff, and an engaging, client-focused approach.
AÂ complete CV with proven experience in managing a professional livery yard or similar facility will be required.Â
You should have a current driving license and a car, as there is no public transport near us.Â
