 We are seeking an experienced, professional Livery Yard Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a high-end livery yard in a very popular location within a 220-acre private estate located in the Surrey Hills, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable equestrian professional to be in at the start of operations and to make a difference, playing a key role in developing and growing this high-quality sport horse and livery business. You would be responsible for the day-to-day operations, client relationships, staff coordination, and the continued development of the equestrian business. The position is highly hands-on with a focus on commercial development.
Reporting directly to the company Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of horse care, client service, and yard management while driving the continued development of the equestrian business and helping shape the estate’s transition into a modern sport horse training and livery environment.
Extraordinary equestrian facilities on offer with immediate access to a National Park located just 15 minutes from Guildford.
You should have a complete and up-to-date CV with proven experience in managing a professional livery yard or similar facility. With strong leadership and team management skills, you will be able to motivate and oversee staff and bring an engaging, client-focused approach.
Flexible hours typical of a professional equestrian yard will be required.
