Our clients are looking for a confident capable rider/groom to work in an ABRS and TDC Licenced Equine Centre with 8 horses and other animals to help support the development of Young People.

As our ideal candidate, you will be experienced in handling a variety of horses and ponies, including schoolmasters, hunt horses, competition horses and youngstock, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of horse care and yard management, including mucking out, feeding, turnout, grooming, exercising horses where required, and maintaining a safe, clean and organised environment. A commitment to high welfare standards and attention to detail are essential.
Applicants applying as a Rider-Groom should be competent riders, capable of hacking, ride and lead work, accompanying rides, and carrying out schooling and exercise work as required. Experience of lunging and long reining would be beneficial.
This is a weekend cover position suited to a reliable, proactive and hard-working individual who takes pride in delivering excellent care and contributing to the smooth running of a busy Equestrian Centre.
Hours will be Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 12:00 as standard but subject to variation when required, with an hourly rate of £13 ph.
