Job Description

Expanding riding school looking for a PASSIONATE, DYNAMIC and ENERGETIC instructor.

Looking for an instructor for our busy and expanding yard. You must be highly motivated and willing to work as part of a team, as well as demonstrating dynamic teaching philosophies.  A qualification with a minimum of stage 2 care and ride so you are eligible to be doing stage 2 teach training. We offer BHS training help further your career. We have three arena’s and 550 acres of off-road hacking with a cross country course. The clients range from beginners to competitive, mostly one on one lessons with a few groups. There are opportunities to get involved with Pony Club or other Shardeloes Farm run schemes to grow the business.

We are a large BHS approved riding school, livery yard and “Where to Train” centre. We have excellent facilities set in 550 acres with beautiful off-road riding with opportunity to further your training.  You must also be happy to work alongside the existing team carrying out daily duties and all aspects of yard work; everyone mucks in and helps each other out.

Minimum Requirements

• Complete BHS Stage 1
• BHS stage 2 care, ride and lunge
• Time management
• Attention to detail
• People skills
• Reliable

Accommodation details

Shared accommodation on the side of the staff livery yard may be available. Small rent but no additional bills.
