We’re not tied to specific Training Providers
As an equine recruitment agency we can remain entirely impartial when it comes to advising and helping to connect apprentice grooms with good employers. It doesn’t matter to us which Training Provider you choose, as long as they are right for your needs. Of course, we are always happy to recommend a cracking Apprentice Training Provider based on our experiences but many employers work in partnership with a particular training provider to deliver their apprenticeship programmes. Our impartial stance means that we can advertise a wide range of Apprenticeship courses throughout the UK, which Apprentice Grooms are free to apply for directly to the employer, regardless of the Training Provider.

We help with guidance on legal employment practises
We are not employment law specialists, but we do promote legal employment practises in the equine industry whenever and wherever we can. We recognise that employment law can be a bit of a minefield and it’s easy to inadvertently stumble into difficulties. Therefore, we have researched and simplified, as much as possible, information for employers and employees . We always recommend seeking advice from employment law specialists, but our catalogue of articles is a good starting point for understanding your legal obligations as an employer or employee in the equine industry and for identifying sources to gain more in depth, specialist advice.
